End Of August 2020

Image
Here we are at the end of the month and I have to admit I went ahead and took profits on the 26th of August. Why? Well it was just too good lol. Also, we had hurricane Laura heading straight for us and it was too big of a distraction for me at the time.  I did buy back in the next day and am already in a small profit. You can see my end of month results in the screnshots. I know, they're not exactly "end of month results, but you get the picture. Keep in mind I am only sharing my process because I want would-be stock traders and investors to see that it is not hard to grow your money in the stock market.  These ETF's I use and my trading technique are what I've found that works for me, and in no way am I suggesting that you view this as trading advice. Its not! My only advice is that you find what works for you and then do it. I will get back to sharing my STASH portfolio with you as soon as we get past this aftermath of the hurricane. We took a direct hit, and im conc...

End of Week Results Aug 2020

Image
Here are the results for the end of the first trading week of Aug 2020. Last Friday I took profits about midday and then rebought these same ETF'S at a bit lower price, compounding my gains. I'm only up about 5% overall for the week. I'll  be holding my shares through the weekend and until the end of the month.  Now about those crypros! I bought them only a couple days ago. I've got roughly $100 in each one shown. I'm not sure just yet how I'll be trading those. As I'm not a day trader I won't be doing that, and I certainly don't want to overcomplicate anything on this page since this is geared toward the new investors. We'll just see how things go. But, as of today they are nearly all down. I do want to mention that this morning they were all up. The highest was up 10%. Things can change fast and you have to be able to absorb those punches. How The Pandemic Has Helped Crypto

Image
So, I've been thinking about trading crypto ever since the "pandemic" spurred the fed to start printing money like maniacs. I cantget over the feeling that the softer the dollar becomes, the harder Crypto currencies will become. The fed printing machine is making the ceiling on crypto higher and higher.  In my opinion the upside potential for crypto over the next 5 years is huge and unstoppable. This is why I'm finally getting started in crypto-trading with my robinhood app. It's free and it seems very simple so far.  I'm not a day trader. I realize most crypto traders are, but I don't have the tolerance needed to sit in front of a screen looking at charts all day. Yesterday I chose 5 currencies and put $100 in each. I'm just gonna let them ride until the end of the month and see where we're at then. So stay tuned! CLICK HERE   to see my progress so far! June 2020 Webull Account

Image
Made my first purchase in my brand new Webull Account. In my most honest opinion it is NOT for new traders! This is not to say that the app is not very nice and very useful. It very much is a great app, but I personally would have been blown away with all the chart details and options when I first started trading. That being said, I highly recommend new traders starting with STASH or Robinhood before graduating up to Webull. So I started using Webull today, and I made my first trade. One share of TQQQ. I'm not sure yet how I will be using this account. I know I will be swing trading, and I'm really thinking that I will mostly be trading leveraged index ETF's.  Anyway, here is my first screenshot. I'm  not sure how I will be sharing the info from this account, but for now this will suffice.   June 5, 2020 Closed up $3.36 _________________________________________________________________________________ June 8, 2020 __________________________________...
