I want to get this on thing out of the way first, but I do not want you to make a decision about this book based on this one thing. So here it goes. This book seems to be one big string of platitudes and quotes about being happy. There, I said it. Now read the rest.
This is not a book of quotes. Please don't think that it is only that. There is some real substance to it beyond the platitudes. This book has real instruction within the pages. Instruction on how to practically apply the information contained therein.
It is simplistic in style and readability, but the content of is so needed today. People are busy, too busy, and need help holding on to what happiness they have. Many others are starved for happiness and are in desperate need for all the help they can get.
I am guilty of being grouchy all the time. Not having time for friendships, family gatherings, being negative about everything, being suspicious of everyone, and the list goes on. Did you know that all of these things are symptoms of an unhappy person? Are you grumpy all the time? Do you feel no one wants to be around you? Let me just tell you this, if you are unhappy everyone knows it but YOU.
Get this book and start applying these principles. They are easy to learn.
