Ingredients:  
2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half  
1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips  
1 teaspoon coconut oil  
¼ cup crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles  

Instructions:  
Insert popsicle sticks or skewers into the banana halves. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or over low heat, stirring until smooth. Dip the bananas into the melted chocolate, coating them evenly. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, then place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for at least two hours until firm. Serve chilled.
