No-Bake Cheesecake Cups with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:  
1 cup graham cracker crumbs  
2 tablespoons melted butter

½ cup chopped strawberries  
1 tablespoon sugar  

Instructions:  
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press the mixture into small cups or jars to form the crust. In a separate bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. Meanwhile, combine chopped strawberries and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until softened and saucy. Let cool, then spoon over the cheesecake cups. Serve chilled.
