Recipe  

Ingredients:  
1 cup rolled oats  
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter  
¼ cup honey or maple syrup

¼ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)  
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)  
½ teaspoon vanilla extract  

Instructions:  
In a bowl, mix oats, peanut or almond butter, honey, chopped nuts, dried fruit, chia or flaxseeds, and vanilla extract until well combined. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as needed.
