½ cup diced fresh fruit (berries, banana, peaches, or apples)  
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)  

Instructions:  
In a jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in chia or flaxseeds if using. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least six hours. When ready to eat, stir the oats and top with fresh fruit. Serve chilled.
