Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

4 large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce or romaine work best)  

Instructions:  
In a bowl, combine the tuna, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, and red onion. Stir until well mixed, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the tuna salad onto the lettuce leaves and fold or roll them to form wraps. Serve immediately for a crisp, refreshing bite.
